Golf teaches focus, perseverance, sportsmanship, and integrity while offering lifelong participation and opportunity.

However, barriers such as cost, limited exposure, and lack of representation prevent many girls from ever trying the sport.

Project ROSE exists to change that—by creating welcoming spaces where girls belong, build confidence, and develop leadership skills both on and off the course.
